BETHESDA, MD -- February 22, 2001 -- Cyon Research LLC today announced that it has acquired Extranet World LLC. (http://www.extranets.cc ) the leading source of extranet industry information. Extranet World is the publisher of the Extranet News, produces Extranet World Workshops, and founded and continues to operate the Extranet Vendors' Association. Stephen Orr, editor of Extranet News, has joined Cyon, and will continue in that capacity.
